Abstract


This research aims to know the students’ perception about the influence of using ELSA Speak app to learn pronunciation. This research assessed the data using descriptive research and quantitative methods. The researcher used total sampling to determine the sample for this research. The sample consisted of 25 English Department of Universitas Negeri Padang who had already used ELSA speak app. The questionnaire was used as the research instrument for this research. The finding indicates that students had a positive perception of their pronunciation skills while using ELSA Speak app. It was represented by the questionnaire's overall mean (2.94). The findings of this study revealed that "Using ELSA Speak app" helps students enhance their pronunciation skill.
