Penerimaan Moodle dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Jerman: Analisis Faktor Kebermanfaatan dan Kemudahan Penggunaan Berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Abstract


The use of e-learning platforms, such as Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment), has proven effective in education, particularly in language learning, due to its accessibility and flexibility. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the acceptance of VKZ (Virtuelles Klassenzimmer), a Moodle-based e-learning platform used in German language learning at the Indonesia University of Education, through the lens of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research focuses on four key aspects of TAM: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, and behavioral intention. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected via questionnaires from 246 students of the German Language Education Program at FPBS UPI and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results indicate that Moodle received positive acceptance from students, demonstrating strengths in perceived usefulness, ease of use, user attitudes, and behavioral intentions. This study concludes that technologies like Moodle play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education. The findings support further development of Moodle to improve student learning experiences, particularly in language education.
