ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIFITAS TENAGA KERJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PERSAMAAN REGRESI LINIER BERGANDA

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to examine (1) The effect of age on labor productivity couturier (2) Effect of experience to tailor labor productivity (3) Effect of working hours on labor productivity couturier. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The population of this research is labor tailor Payakumbuh. Samples was determined by proportional random sampling method, a total of 63 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with t test and F test results show that (1) Age positive effect on labor productivity couturier (2) Work Experience positive effect on labor productivity tailor (3) Hours influential positively to labor productivity couturier. Based on the results it is suggested that employers tailor to improve the quality of human resources, both in terms of production and quality of service that these businesses continue to run so that the welfare of labor will also increase.
