STUDI PENDAHULUAN TENTANG PERMASALAHAN DAN KESIAPAN GURU UNTUK MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN PEMBELAJARAN IPA TERPADU PADA SISWA SMP
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Science learning in junior high school should be done in integrated learning. The objective of integrated learning is to make holistic, meaningful, dan authentic of learning process. The reality shows that integrated learning of science can not implemented in junior high school yet. An alternative solution to solve this problem is to develop integrated learning model of Science. Before developing integrated learning model, need analysis of problems and barriers of implementing integrated learning model in school is conducted. Purpose of this research is to investigate problem the implementation of integrated learning model of Science and its cause factors. Type of this research is descriptive method. Instrument to collect the data is questioner sheet. Based on the data analysis can be stated four of research results. First, average value of Science teacher readiness to apply integrated learning is 62.03. This average values can be categorized into enough. Second, average value of Science teacher responses in making the learning set and in implementing the integrated learning of Science is 62.66. This value also can be categorized into enough. Third, average value of Science teacher responses toward the difficulty in implementing the integrated learning model of Science is 78.75. This is mean the teacher difficulty is high in implementing the integrated learning model. Fourth, average value of following self development activity is 60.47 and this is enough category.
