ABSTRACT
Integration of student competences in learning is important in 2013 curriculum. For example, integration among of science branches, ICT, and character values in learning process is necessary conducted in Junior High School. Fact shows that science learning in Junior High School is still separated. Purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness application of integrated learning with science ICT learning material by integrating character values. This research can be categorized into research and development. Research activity in this article is a stage of research and development this is try out test of product. This research uses before and after design. Instrument to collect the data consist of learning outcomes test sheet and character values observation sheet. Data are analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, graph method, correlation analysis, and compare mean analysis. Data analysis result shows that the application integrated learning with science ICT learning material by integrating the character values is effective to improve the cognitive learning outcomes and the character values of students at confidence level 95.0.
