KONSTANTA PELURUHAN CAHAYA DAN QUANTUM YIELD DARI BIOLUMINISENSI PHOTOBACTERIUM PHOSPHOREUM

Abstract

The light disintegration constant and quantum yield of luminescent responces of Photobacterium phosphoreum were conducted. The light emission physical characteristic of this bioluminescence are exceptionally interesting for further assessment since it become a remarkable sample from nature photonic. Result of light emission physical characteristic has obtained that the light disintegration constant is 0.007/sec and quantum yield is 0.3 at pH of 7 and temperature of 25^oC.
