OPTIMASI JAMUR Monascus purpureus DALAM MEMPRODUKSI PIGMEN PADA SUBSTRAT TONGKOL JAGUNG (Zea mays)
Abstract
The aim of this research was to find out the optimation Monascus purpureus to pro duce pigmen at waste of zea mays. This reasearch used experimental method with CRD fac torial two factor. Factor A, number of starter and factor B time of fermentation. The result of this reasearch was optimation with adding stater and time of fermentation means given effect to pigmen Monascus purpureus product at waste of zea mays.
