PENGARUH EKSTRAK DAUN SIRIH MERAH (Piper crocatum Ruiz &Pav) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BAKTERI Pseudomonas solanacearum

Abstract

Red Sirih represent one of the species of gender of piper owning effect of antijamur and of antibakteri, This matter because of compound effect of metabolit sekunder  which consist in  leaf of sirih red like flavonoid, alkaloid, steroid, tanin, and oil of atsiri. This research aim to to determine influence of leaf extract of sirih red ( Crocatum Ruiz Piper & Pav) to growth of bacterium of Pseudomonas solanacearum ( Ps. solanacearum) and concentration owning biggest resistance diameter to growth of bacterium. This ztration variation] of sirih red 30 %, 60 %, 90 % ( v / v). Positive control which used  that is pesticide of its negative control and agrymicin of methanol of pa. Test antibakteri conducted with disk method. From result of research got that leaf extract of sirih red at various concentration can pursue growth of bacterium of Ps. biggest resistance diameter and solanacearum that is 2,93 mm at concentration 90 %.
