Pengaruh Servant Leadership Style Dan Komunikasi Interpesonal Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan PT. Ampalu Indah Lestari Kota Padang

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership style dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Ampalu Indah Lestari di Kota Padang. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 97 orang karyawan yang dipilih secara stratified random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis adalah regresi berganda dan pengujian t-statistik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa servant leadership style dan komunikasi interpersonal secara individual atau pun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Ampalu Indah Lestari Padang.
