PENGUNAAN MEDIA POWERPOINT UNTUK UPAYA PENINGKATAN MINAT DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN LAS LISTRIK KELAS X JURUSAN TEKNIK OTOMOTIF SMK N 1 PADANG GELUGUR
Abstract
This research belonged to class action research which is purposed to
describe how far the study realization using power point media that can increase
the interest and their learning out comes of students class X SMKN 1 Padang
Gelugur in Electric Welding subject. The population in this research was all
students class X SMK N 1 Padang Gelugur which numbered 53 students. The
sampling technique used in this study was the Total Sampling. Processing and
analyzing the data used in this study was descriptive analysis. Conclusion of the
study: (1). Class X student’s interest in the theory of Electric Welding training has
increased from moderate to good category. Student learning outcomes have
increased the average value of the initial test and 66,38 to 79,94, 27 graduation
from pre-test to 48 students at the end of the test. Hypothesis which is submitted is
the use of power point media in teachingElectric welding theory class X SMK N 1
Padang Gelugur.Achievement test data has showed an increase. It can be
concluded that power point media can be applied in an effort to increase student
interest and learning outcomes.
