HUBUNGAN HASIL PRAKTEK KERJA INDUSTRI DENGAN MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA KELAS XII JURUSAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN DI SMK NEGERI 1 PADANG

Abstract

The research was motivated by the problems associated with unclear interests of students after completing his education if seeking work or provides jobs for themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the student’s industrial experience with interest to entrepreneurship in class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Padang. The type at theresearch is a correlation study. The population consisted at 41 students of class XII school year 2012/2013 at SMK Negeri 1 Padang. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires Likert scale models that is rebiality = 0,953. Data were analyzed with SPSS for Windows version 15.00 which shows that the correlation between X and Y is 0,471. A Significant test of correlation values>t at (3:32>1,685) at 5% confidence level. This means that the results at student’s industrial experience is 22.2% towards students’ interest in entrepreneurship, the rest 77.8% caused by other factors.
