Abstract


The research was motivated by the aim to determine whether there is a teacher-student interaction to student learning outcomes in the eye training class X TMP engineering drawings Mechanical engineering SMK Negeri 5 Padang. the study population were 30 people enrolled in the academic year 2010/2011 Mechanical Departement SMK Negeri 5 Padang field with were 30 sample, the sampling technique is the total sampling by taking the population as a research subject. Teacher-student interaction data obtained from questionnaires deployment, while the learning of training data from engineering drawings obtained from the value end of the first half of January - June 2010. Data analysis results obtained by the correlation coefficient r 0.230 and to test the significance of correlation obtained t hitung> t table (5.438 ≥ 2.042) at the 5% significance level. thus it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant contribution between teacher-student interaction on learning outcomes of engineering drawing class X TMP SMK Negeri 5 Padang.
