Abstract


This research background by studying the problem of low yield subjects class X electric welding machine SMK Negeri 1 Sub District Fifty Guguak City, where 53.12% of students gain mastery of learning outcomes below the minimum criteria (KKM) and only 46.88% students that scored above the minimum completeness criteria. Minimal mastery criteria established schools on the subjects of electric welding is 70 with a range of values 0-100. Purpose - This study was to reveal the contribution of creativity to learn the learning outcomes of students of class X subjects Mechanical Engineering Department, electric welding SMK Negeri 1 Sub District Guguak Fifty Cities. This research is a quantitative ex post facto research is conducted to investigate the events that have happened and then look back to determine the factors that led to the incident. The study population totaled 32 people and samples are 32 students of class X machine SMK N 1 Sub District Guguak Fifty Lessons City of the Year 2011/2012. The sampling technique used is total sampling the entire population were sampled. The results of the analysis of the data showed that students Creativity 13:32% contributed to the learning outcomes of students so it can be concluded that the Creative Class X Students majoring in Mechanical Engineering at SMK N 1 Kec.Guguak low.
