Abstract


The aim of this research is to know and to understand the influences of
the using “Everyone is Teacher Here” learning strategy (learning
technique) for students’ learning outcomes at Komponen Mesin
subject in X TFL class, SMK Karya Padang Panjang, year 2011/2012.
This research is a quantitative research which quasi experiment
approach. The population is students in X TFL class SMK Karya
Padang Panjang that contains 115 students from three classes. The
sample taking technique is using random sampling from X TFL₁ class ,
X TFL₂ classand X TFL3class. Sample is students from TFL₁ class and
X TFL₂ class which contain 38 students in each class. Data collecting
technique uses multiple choice test which contains 30 questions. Data
collecting tools use questions sheet and students’ answer sheet. The
data is students learning outcomes and students’ outcomes (students’
scores) source. Then, the data is processed with differences check (ttest).
The result of data processing is 81, 71 point of group average
score, and 70, 39 point of control group average score. Based on the
calculating of t-test, the t-table is 2,000 which is smaller than
arithmetic t 5, 809. In conclusion, the use of “Everyone is Teacher
Here” learning strategy (learning technique) gives significant impact
of students’ learning outcomes.
