PERSEPSI SISWA KELAS X TERHADAP KOMPETENSI GURU DARI MAHASISWA PPLK DI SMK NEGERI 1 TANJUNG RAYA

Abstract

The problem in the research are the phonemenon of skill and
implementation of Teacher Competencies by Students of PPLK are
not maximal. The purpose of this research to determine how
perceptions of Student Class X of the Teacher Competencies of
Students of PPLK in SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya Kabupaten Agam.
The type of research is descriptive research that aims to descript the
perceptions of students Class X of Teacher Competencies by students
of PPLK at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. The population in this
research were all students of students class X who were taught by of
Students of PPLK which totaled 139 students. The sampling
technique was taken as Random Porpotional Sampling. The samples
in this research were 78 students. The data were analyzed in this
research using a scale “Tingkat Pencapaian Responden”(TCR).
Having analyzed it can be concluded that the Students of PPLK have
not completely of Teacher Competencies, which TCR values of some
indicators of Teacher Competencies has a value of<61%.
