PERBEDAAN KEKASARAN PERMUKAAN HASIL PENYEKRAPAN DATAR MENGGUNAKANPAHAT UJUNG MATA POTONG RADIUS DENGAN UJUNG MATA POTONG RUNCING PADA MATERIAL BAJA S30C
Abstract
This research aim to to know crudity value which because of motion eat to
use chisel of radius sharp-pointed chisel and, and also to know difference of
cut result because of scrap level off with chisel of radius sharp-pointed
chisel and. This research use experiment method by 10 specimen. Result of
which is done/conducted with deepness of amputation 0.5 and mm of
feding 0.2mm.
From result of this research indicate that there are difference of obtained
crudity value of scrap level off to use chisel tip of crosscut eye of crosscut
eye back part and radius become sharp, value ( tired by Ra) N8 at scrap
level off by using chisel tip of radius. tired by N9 at scrap level off by
using sharp-pointed back part chisel. This matter of to that chisel
angle;corner geometry determine the quality of surface of job/activity
object. Mount crudity of obtained surface at scrap level off the including
into standard mount crudity of normal scrap and harsh scrap.
