HUBUNGAN FUNGSI KELUARGA DENGAN PERILAKU BULLYING PADA SISWA DI SMP NEGERI 3 BUKITTINGGI

Abstract

The search aim to see how the relationship between family functioning with bullying behavior in students at SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi. Population of this study is all students of SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, with a samples of 241 students. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data collection was performed using a McMaster Family Assesment Device. Population of this study is all students of SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi, with a samples of 241 students. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data collection was performed using a McMaster Family Assesment Device scale of 44 items and Illionis Bullying Scale of 18 items. The data analysis technique used was product moment from Pearson. The result showed that the value of r= -0,478, p= 0,000 (p< 0,05), which means there was negative correlation between family functioning and bullying behavior in students at SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan fungsi keluarga dengan perilaku bullying pada siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Bukittnggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif berjenis korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa SMPN 3 Bukittinggi, dengan jumlah sampel 241 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Skala penelitian ini adalah modifikasi dari skala MCMaster Family Assesment Device yang berjumlah 44 item dan skala Illionis Bullying Scale yang berjumlah 18 item. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah product moment dari Pearson. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan nilai r = 0,478, p = 0,000 (p < 0,005) yang maknanya terdapat hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara fungsi keluarga dengan perilaku bullying pada siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Bukittinggi.
