EFEKTIFITAS PERMAINAN KARTU NOS TERHADAP NUMBER SENSE SISWA SD X KOTA BUKITTINGGI

Abstract

The effectiveness of the nos card came toward number sense in elementary school. This Study aims to determine whether there is an increase in the number of students after given NOS card game treatment. The research’s Design is used  quantitaive experiment. The Population were all students who had 11-year-old with IQ score of 90-109 accompanied by a number sense score with a low category with subject were 12 people. The Technique of sample was purposive sampling. This study uses 22 items of number sense with the reliability is 0,779 preetest and 0,773 for reliability posttest. Data were analyzed by using the t-test method with The Results of t = 3,24 > 3,169 (t count > t table) which was the study prove that the NOS card game method is effective for increase number sense in elementary school students after being given a NOS card game. 

Efektifitas permainan kartu nos terhadap number sense siswa sd x kota bukittinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan number sense siswa setelah diberikannya perlakuan permainan kartu NOS. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen kuantitatif dengan pretest dan posttest kontrol group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar berusia 11 tahun dengan skor IQ rata-rata 90-109 disertai skor number sense dengan kategori rendah dan sampel sebanyak 12 orang yang dipilih menggunakan porposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan 22 item tes number sense dengan reliabilitas 0,799 soal preetest dan 0,773 untuk soal posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode uji t-test dengan nilai t = 3,24 > 3,169 (t hitung> t tabel) pada kelompok eksperimen yang berarti bahwa Permainan kartu NOS efektif untuk meningkatkan n]umber sense pada siswa sekolah dasar setelah diberikannya permainan kartu NOS.
