KONTRIBUSI HARAPAN PEKERJAAN TERHADAP KEGIGIHAN PADA POLISI DI SATBRIMOB SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

Contribution of hope to work against grit police in satbrimob Sumatera Barat. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of job expectations to the persistence of the police who took the test more than once at the Satbrimob Sumatera Barat. This study uses the method of quantitative professional research. The data collection technique used in this study is a data collection technique in the form of a likert scale which is a series of items that ask respondents to give their approval or disagreement to items. The population in this study were police who took the test more than once with a sample of 89 people. The results obtained by the researchers prove that there is a very significant positive contribution to the work on persistence (grit) to the police at the Satbrimob Sumatera Barat, seen from the categorization results in which the two variables are categorized very high. 

Kontribusi harapan pada pekerjaan terhadap kegigihan pada polisi di satbrimob Sumatera Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kontribusi harapan pekerjaan tehadap kegigihan pada polisi yang mengikuti tes lebih dari satu kali di Satbrimob Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif koresional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data berupa skala likert yang merupakan suatu series aitem yang meminta responden untuk memberikan persetujuan atau ketidak-setujuannya terhadap aitem. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah polisi yang mengikuti tes lebih dari satu kali dengan sample sebanyak 89 orang. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan oleh peneliti membuktikan bahwa terdapat kontribusi positif yang sangat signifkan harapan (hope) pada pekerjaan terhadap kegigihan (grit) pada polisi di Satbrimob Sumatera Barat, ini dilihat dari hasil pengkatogorian yang dimana kedua variabel berada dikatagori sangat tinggi.
