PERBEDAAN PERSEPSI BEBAN KERJA PERSONIL SATPOL PP BUKITTINGGI DITINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN

Abstract

This study aims to see differences in perceptions of workload on personnel of the Civil Service Police Unit in terms of gender. The design of this study is quantitative comparative, with the study population, namely personnel of the Civil Service Police Unit of the city of Bukittinggi. The study sample amounted to 84 people, with the Disproportionate Stratifate Random Sampling technique. Data collection is done by using a scale of perception of workload totaling 45 items which are arranged based on the Likert scale. The technical analysis of the data used is the analysis of different test t-tests. The results obtained p = 0.001 (p <0.05) and t values of 3.409 were significant at the 0.05 level, which means that there are significant differences in perceptions of workload in terms of gender.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan persepsi terhadap beban kerja pada personil Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif komparatif, dengan populasi penelitian yaitu personil Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja kota Bukittinggi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 84 orang, dengan teknik Disproportionate Stratifate Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala persepsi terhadap beban kerja yang berjumlah 45 butir pernyataan yang disusun berdasarkan skala likert. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis uji beda t-test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai p=0,001 (p<0,05) dan nilai t sebesar 3,409 signifikan pada taraf 0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan persepsi terhadap beban kerja yang signifikan ditinjau dari jenis kelamin.
