PERBEDAAN SELF CONTROL DAN GRIT PADA PNS BERPRESTASI DAN PNS TIDAK BERPRESTASI

Abstract

Abstract: The difference between self-control and grit in PNS achieving and PNS not achieving. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between self-control and grit owned by outstanding PNS achieving and PNS not achieving. The subjects of this study amounted to 60 people, consisting of 30 outstanding PNS achieving and 30 non PNS not achieving. Data collection was carried out by using a scale of self control and grit scale using multivariate analysis of variance techniques. The results showed that there were significant differences in self control in PNS achieving and PNS not achieving with p = 0.003 (p <0.05) but there were no significant differences in grit in outstanding PNS achieving and PNS not achieving with p = 0.186 (p <0.05).

Abstrak: Perbedaan self control dan grit pada PNS berprestasi dan PNS tidak berprestasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara self control dan grit yang dimiliki PNS berprestasi dan PNS tidak berprestasi. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang, terdiri dari 30 orang PNS berprestasi dan 30 orang PNS tidak berprestasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala self control dan skala grit dengan menggunakan teknik multivariate analysis of variance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan self control yang signifikan pada PNS berprestasi dan PNS tidak berprestasi dengan nilai p=0.003 (p < 0.05 ) namun tidak terdapat perbedaan grit yang signifikan pada PNS berprestasi dan PNS tidak berprestasi dengan nilai p=0.186 (p < 0.05 ).
