KONTRIBUSI PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA PEGAWAI BNNP SUMBAR

Abstract


Abstract: Contribution of perceived organizational support to work engagement on BNNP employee of Sumatra Barat. This research aims to see the contribution of perceived organizational support to work engagement on BNNP West Sumatra employees. The research design used was quantitative simple linear regression analysis technique. The subjects were all staff of BNNP West Sumatera they are 40 people. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling. With data collection techniques used is Likert scale.The results of this research obtained a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.737 with p = 0.000, and then F = 45,136 which is significant at p = 0,01. This proves that there is significant influence perceived organizational support to work engagement on BNNP employee of West Sumatera. This research has R ² = 0.543 indicating that perceived organizational support contributes 54.3% effective to work engagement.

Abstract: Kontribusi perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement pada pegawai BNNP Sumbar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kontribusi perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement pada pegawai BNNP Sumbar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis simple linier regression.Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh staf pegawai BNNP Sumbar yang berjumlah 40 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai berupa skala Likert.Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,737, kemudian nilai F = 45,136dengan p = 0,0001 yang signifikan pada taraf p = 0,01. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement pada pegawai BNNP Sumbar. Penelitian ini juga memiliki nilai koefisien determinasi R² = 0,543 yang menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 54,3 % pada work engagement.
