Hubungan beban kerja dengan Burnout Polisi reserse di Polres 50 Kota

Abstract

Abstract: Relationship workload with burnout on members police detective function in Polres Lima Puluh Kota. This research explains how the relation of burnout and work load to police detective function at Polres Lima Puluh Kota. The purpose of this study to find out how the relation of workload with burnout to police officers detective function in Polres Lima Puluh Kota. The design of this study is quantitative with the correlational type. Sampling technique used total sampling with research subjects as many as 28 police officers detective function. Scale reliability is analyzed through the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data analysis technique used is Product Moment correlation test (rxy). The result of the correlation test of both variables showed a significant positive relation between work load with burnout, rxy = 0,593 with p = 0,001 (p <0,01). So the hypothesis in this study accepted that the higher the workload the higher the burnout on the police officers detective function in the Polres Lima Puluh Kota.

Abstrak: Hubungan beban kerja dengan burnout pada anggota polisi fungsi reserse di Polres Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana hubungan burnout dan beban kerja pada polisi fungsi reserse di Polres Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan beban kerja dengan burnout pada anggota polisi fungsi reserse di Polres Lima Puluh Kota. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan total sampling dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 28 orang polisi fungsi reserse. Reliabilitas skala dianalisis melalui formula Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Product Moment (rxy). Hasil uji korelasi kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antarabeban kerja dengan burnout yaitu rxy = 0,593 dengan p = 0,001 (p<0,01). Hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima yaitu semakin tinggi beban kerja maka semakin tinggi burnout pada anggota polisi fungsi reserse di Polres Lima Puluh Kota.
