Hubungan antara dukungan teman sebaya dengan burnout akademik pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Islamic Boarding School Ar-risalah

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan teman sebaya dengan burnout akademik pada siswa MA Islamic Boarding School Ar-Risalah. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah hasil adaptasi skala Burnout untuk siswa (MBI-SS), dan hasil adaptasi skala dukungan teman sebaya (SASS). Kuisioner penelitian dibagikan kepada 99 siswa MA Islamic Boarding School Ar-Risalah kelas XI. Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan nilai r = -.252 (p < 0.05). Artinya dukungan teman sebaya memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan terhadap burnout akademik. Dari 99 siswa terdapat 41.4% subjek dengan tingkat burnout akademik pada kategori rendah dan 42.4% dengan tingkat dukungan teman sebaya pada kategori sedang.
