PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG PELAKSAAN KURIKULUM TINGKAT SATUAN PENDIDIKAN (KTSP) DI SMK NEGERI 1 PADANG

Abstract


The phenomena occurs is not all teachers are able to develop and implement the KTSP in the learning process in the classroom, teachers’ the lack seriousness in responding freely KTSP inovation develiping and implementing the curriculum in clasroom.  The purpose of this study was 1) to describe the implementation of the curriculum unit level of education in SMK Negeri 1 Padang, 2) to know the constraints faced by teachers in implementing curriculum unit level of ducation in SMK Negeri 1 Padang. This research is a descriptive study, this research will be conducted in March-April 2012. The population in this study all teachers who teach in SMK Negeri 1 Padang, amounting to 150 people. Sample using random sampling techniques in getting a sample of 34 people.The results illustrate that 1) the nature of KTSP in learning spring category, the analysis of the overall ideal score obtained 75.3% of respondents agree with the KTSP, 2) the development of KTSP the teachers at both schools were categorized by level of achievement respondent 79, 9%, 3) preparation of the SBC with the level of performance with 81.7% of respondents either category, 4) how Syllabus Development Based on SBC teacher SMK Padang city include both categories, 5) how to prepare lesson plans include both categories (83.8%), in this case the teacher SMK Padang city category in both the implementation of the lesson plan, 6) KTSP based learning and assessment can be done either by the teacher SMK Padang City with a score of 80.2%, including both categories, 7) many obstacles are found teachers in making learning implementation plan based curriculum unit level education with a score of 60.6% in the category of pretty.
