Abstract


Teknologi dan transportasi merupakan satu kesatuan yang sangat erat kaitannya dalam kehidupan manusia. Perkembangan teknologi otomotif mempunyai beberapa dampak positif dan  juga  dampak  negatif  dalam  kehidupan  manusia.  Pelepasan  komponen  Air  Induction System dan adanya ancaman akibat tingginya kadar kandungan gas Karbon monoksida (CO) dan Hidrokarbon (HC) dalam udara bebas. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis persentase jumlah  kandungan  emisi  gas  CO  ketika  Air  Induction  System  dipasang  dan  dilepas  pada putaran 1400, 2200, 3000, dan 3800 Rpm diperoleh rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 121,81%, sedangkan untuk kandungan emisi gas HC diperoleh peningkatan sebesar 26,59%.

The release of the components of the Air Induction System and the existence of a threat due to the high levels of gas content of carbon monoxide (CO) and Hydrocarbons (HC) in free air.
