Problems in this study is started from the alleged investigators that the low degree of personal hygiene students SD N 03 Binaung Kampung In Padang city, because there are many children who dress dirty, do not brush their teeth regularly, the nails are not cut, the hair is not neat and there is also a skin lesions. It is necessary for research aiming to reveal, look and examine the implementation of the personal health of students in primary schools in 03 Binaung Kampung Padang City in terms of oral hygiene and dental, skin hygiene, cleanliness of clothes, hygiene, hair and nail hygiene. This type of research is descriptive. The study population was all students of SDN 03 Binaung Kampung In Padang city, which totaled 161 students. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique, thus the number of samples in this study were 63 people. The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire drawn up in a Likert scale with categories Always, Often, Sometimes, Rarely and Never. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution formula in percentage. From the data analysis obtained the following results: 1). Personal health achievement level of oral and dental health indicators by 62, 13%, are in the Good category. 2). The level of achievement of personal health of skin health indicators by 62.10%, are in the Good category. 3). Personal health achievement level of the indicator amounted to 59.52% of clothing, are in the category of Medium. 4) The rate of private health outcomes hair health indicators by 62.67%, are in the Good category. 4). The level of achievement of personal health of nails indicator of 58.79%, are in the category of Medium. 5). The level of private health outcomes without differentiating indicators of 61.04%, is in the category Good
