Abstract

This article aims to reveal about the picture of the implementation of the implementation of Business Activity School Health (UKS) in SD Negri 05 Kalumbuk Kuranji District of the city of Padang which includes variable health education, health services, and environmental health. When the study began in July 2015.

This type of research is descriptive. Penetitan population is 165 people. Sampling was done by purposive random sampling technique, the obtained sample was 56 people. Instruments used to collect data was questionnaire or questionnaires using Guttman scale. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution formula in the form of a percentage.

From the data analysis obtained the following results: The success rate of the implementation of health education in primary Negri Kuranji 05 Kalumbuk District of the city of Padang is on the classification of sufficiently with the percentage of 78.18%. The success rate of the implementation of health services in primary Negri Kuranji 05 Kalumbuk District of the city of Padang is on the classification of sufficiently with the percentage of 70.18%. State-level health environment in the implementation of UKS in SD Negri 05 Kalumbuk Kuranji District of the city of Padang is at least once with a percentage classification of 46.18%.
