Contribution of Energy Consumption and Nutritional knowledge Nutritional Status Of Football Athlete in Training Centre for Education and Student Sports (PPLP) West Sumatra.
Abstract
The problem in this study was the low level of consumption and nutritional knowledge of the athlete. Many factors affect the nutritional status of one of them is the energy consumption and nutritional knowledge. This study aims to determine the contribution of energy consumption and nutrition knowledge on the nutritional status of football athletes Education and Training Center Student Sports (PPLP) West Sumatra.
This study was correlational and continued to look at the contribution of variable X to variable Y. The sampling technique in this study using total sampling technique. The population in this study was overall soccer athletes Education And Sports Training Student (PPLP) West Sumatra, which amounted to 23 people.
From the results obtained carry, 1) energy consumption (X1) had a positive contribution to nutritional status (Y) of 15.32%, this was shown by the results obtained by the t count (1.949)> ttable 1.721, 2) knowledge of nutrition (X2 ) had a positive contribution to nutritional status (Y) of 21.69%, it was marked with the results obtained by the t count (2,412)> ttable 1.721, and 3) There was a positive contribution jointly between energy consumption and nutritional knowledge of the status of nutrition of 33.36%, was characterized by the results obtained Fvalue 5.01> 3.49 Ftable.
