Analisis Kinerja Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Melalui KJKS BMT (Studi Pada Kota Padang)

Abstract

This Research aim to to know Performance Program of Rescue Poorness Through KJKS BMT in Padang City in the form of impact of program. Population in this research is KJKS BMT residing in the each sub district in Town Field amount to 104. this Research Sampel is determined with method of simple sampling random, with sampel counted 82 KJKS BMT. Source of data the used is primary data and data of sekunder. And analysis method the used is method qualitative by using scale of Guttman., Pursuant to result of analysis show program performance rescue of poorness through KJKS BMT which in the form of impact of program very good.First  is Growth of Effort and Improvement Of Earnings of Impecunious Family with percentage of assessment equal to 93,02%.  Second, Make-Up of the Quality of Impecunious Family life Availablely of Requirement of Base in Educational and Health with percentage of assessment 93,02%. Third, Make Up Of Quality Of Human Resource, Either From Facet Knowledge, Attitude and also Skill with percentage of assessment equal to 80,62%. Fourth, Make Up of Medium of sub district with percentage of assessment equal to 95,35%. Fifth, Development Of Effort Society of sub district with percentage of assessment equal to 100%. And yardstick which to six that is Reinforcement Of Institute of KJKS BMT with Other Institute with percentage of assessment equal to 100%. In this research is suggested: 1) from organizer and governance to be can maintain this program better,and to correct insuffiency with giving skill to RTM into manage bussiness 2) To researcher hereinafter, better earn to do research concerning program performance by using other indicator.
