Abstract


This research aimed to investigate (1) the Influence of Performance Measurement System, (2 Compensation, and (3) Leadership Style on Managerial Performance in Manufacturing  Companies.  The   population  of   the   study   was   manufacturing companies in Padang. The sample was selected by purposive. The data was collected using questionnaire. Analisys employed the multiple linier regression using model test, t test and F test. Result of study showe the Performance Measurement System has a positive significant effect on Managerial Performance, on the other hand the Compensation and Leadership Style has not significant effect on Managerial Performance.
