EVALUASI PEMANFAATAN PROGRAM INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) MENGGUNAKAN MODEL CIPP PADA SEKOLAH MENENGAH DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract


This research is aimed at the using of information communication and technology (ICT) program in the high school in Padang city. The evaluation model had been used is the CIPP Model from Stufflebeam that was evaluated four aspects; the context, input, process and product evaluation from ICT Program implementation in high schools in Padang city.

The characteristic of this research is the evaluation research by using qualitative approach and the result is description the narrative form.

The result of the program evaluation with CIPP model showed that the need of ICT in the level of education Department of Padang City still high. That proved by provide some supporting infrastructure until school level, in fact most of the teacher and student do not regard ICT as their needs yet except for teacher of KKPI and computer that used computer in their daily work. Then from the input, infrastructure and the using of ICT continually have already completed by education department also for human resources especially the manager of the ICT in the level of education department and also ICT Center that had already completed continually. Input of the teacher even though just a view them head has computer education background but most of them had already follow the training. While from the content of the program showed also in the small amount.
