Abstract


Personal competency is meant by the ability of a teacher in performing his or her personality reflecting as an educator. The characteristics of the educator are emphaty, creative, democracy, and innovative. Meanwhile, educative competency is a set of teacher skill in condicting the teaching’s tasks, started from curriculum analysis, lesson preparation development, lesson matter delivery, evaluation, and follow-up program on the analysis result of teaching evaluation. Finally, social competency is the ability of teacher in developing the relation with school environtmental and educational society in general.
