Model Pemerintahan Nagari Yang Partisipatif dalam Masyarakat Minangkabau

Abstract

The main objectives of this research is to identify the alternative models that can be implemented in Nagari Governments in Minangkabau territory. A qualitative method was used in this research. Based on data analysis, it is found that there are some models of Nagari government that can be impelemented as alternatives. They are called participative models.. It is recommended that Regency Governments in West Sumatera can tryout the alternative models in all Nagari Government in order that they can synchronize all institutions and their roles in the Nagari governances.
