Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Organisasi pada PT. PLN Cabang Solok

Abstract


This study aimed at identifying the effect of leadership style toward working climate in PT. PLN (Public Corporate of Electricity) at Solok District. Quantitative approach has been used in this study. Data was collected from 40 respondents of PT. PLN staffs and managers through questionnaires. The data was analyzed through quantitative analysis by using SPSS version 12. The finding of this research indicated that there was a positive effect of leadership style toward working climate at the level of 51%. It means that 49% of the working climate was affected by variables other than leadership style, such as work motivation, work environment, work ethics, and so on.
