Abstract


ABSTRACT

Implementation of the 2013 curriculum does not in all level school until now. One factor causes this problem is the availability of suitable books to support the achievement of all competencies such as religious, social, knowledge and psychomotor. The goal of this research is to know the impact of the physics textbook contain comprehensive intelligence to competencies achievement. The physics textbook as treatment object in this research has been developed and very high validity and very high practicalities. The type of research is true experiment with the posttest-only control group design. Implementation of the physics textbook contain comprehensive intelligence has been conducted at four SMAN like SMAN 1 Padang, SMAN 3 Padang, SMAN 4 Padang and SMAN 10 Padang. The result of research is the physics textbook contain comprehensive intelligence can be predicted to incease the religious, social, knowledge and psychomotor competencies. The reason of this prediction is experiment and control groups of all school have the same competencies before the treatment to do.
