Kidney disease is a disease in which kidney function has decreased . This resulted in decreased function of the patient's body can no longer filter the blood of metabolic waste particles . Thus, the body is filled with toxins . If this is allowed , then these conditions may result in death . Data obtained from the General Hospital DR . M. Jamil Padang showed that there were 286 patients with renal failure during the period January- August 2011. A total of 20 % of these patients die from the disease . For that, need to know what factors are the dominant influence of kidney function decline in patients at General Hospital DR. M. Jamil Padang. Using Cox regression, it could be concluded that the dominant factors influencing the decline in renal function are diet and dietary factors.
