IMPLIKASI POLA KELURUSAN GEOLOGI TERHADAP KEHILANGAN BEBERAPA ALIRAN SUNGAI DI SEKITAR TEROWONGAN PLTA SINGKARAK DI MALALO, KAB. TANAH DATAR, SUMATERA BARAT
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Maninjau Lake has an area of 10,400 hectares. Geographically the lake is located at the southern latitude 0,360 then 100,30 East longitude at an altitude of 363.5 m above sea level. In adaminstratif, the lake is located in two districts of the District of Solok and Tanah Datar. In Geomorphology, Malalo area consists of units of alluvial plains, hilly plains structural units and structural units of the hills. Geomorphology unit is used as a basis in determining the boundaries of the hydrogeological system (water divide) Malalo area, which is the boundaries without external flow. From the mapping of geological structures, identified some faults such as: Malalo Fault, Duo Koto, Gulang-Gulang, Uway, Bukit Cati, Kanang, Lambiu, Piliang, Baing and Rawa Cino Fault. This invention is used as a basis for determining the boundaries of the area Malalo hydrogeological system that is the boundaries without external flow, controlling the flow of groundwater and river water and groundwater hydraulic potential. Results of this study also uncovered the loss of water in some streams in the Malalo.
