Abstract


ABSTRACT

This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students in learning physics. Increasing activity and learning outcomes of students is done by the application the model "Game Competition Group" with "Enjoyable Learning Approach". Research carried out was the study of a class action consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Research aims to enhance the activity of students in learning physics by applying the model "Game Competition Group" with "Enjoyable Learning Approach". Research instrument is in the form of student activity sheets and observation sheets tests. At the end of each cycle is given an open questionnaire that is useful to know the students' responses to the learning process. Based on the results of the study showed an increase in positive activities and decreasing negative activities. From the data obtained by studying the results of the average value of the cycle I was 61.5 and 69.2 in the second cycle. It means an increase of 7.7. Based on the results achieved it can be said that the learning process by applying the model of "Game Competition Group" with "Enjoyable Learning Approach" can increase the activity of both students and result in student learning outcomes.
