Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

This research proposes reduction of peaks noise of human DNA profile. There was  nothing research about this before. This research uses high pass filter method. This method can reduce/eliminate the signal noise which has low height signal. By use high pass filter in human DNA profile, the signal that is produced will be cleaner and noise less. Reduction 16 locus by high pass filter, 15 among them  are clean without noise. The result of the reduction process will be used as input in the human DNA profile databases.
