Abstract


Mathematics is lesson which was the in disfavour with most student in Kota Padang. Estimated one of its cause factor is mathematics studying at SMA is not variation. One of media which can be used computer. Computer-Assisted Learning (CAL) will make the process of mathematics study more interesting. Is for that done by a experiment research to see whether mathematics study by using software hypertext can improve understanding and the result learn the student of at SMA in Padang and also seen a student response and learn about use of software hypertext substance teach the mathematics SMA. From ob tained by final test of average value of class experiment 49,7 and class control 38,5. Be coming inferential result of learning which student taught by using better software hyper text from student taught conventionally. Later; Then as much 93 % student feel to like and is enough assisted to learn by using software hypertext and as much 81 % student express to agree if mathematics study always use the software hypertext.
