ANALISIS RANGKAIAN ELEKTRONIKA MAGNETOMETER BERBASIS SENSOR FLUXGATE TIGA DIMENSI

Abstract


Measurement system of magnetic field has an important role, such as security sys tems, geophysical research, geologic mapping, industry, engineering, medicine, etc. Mea surement system of magnetic field is developed depends on the application of measure ment. Each measurement system consists of analog and digital signal processing, interface ing system, and display. The electric circuit analysis of magnetic field measurement system is necessary to produce a good equipment. The magnetometer is a device to measure mag netic field. The magnetometer contains 3-D fluxgate sensor and electronics. The circuits of magnetometer contains the 3-D fluxgate sensor system, analog multiplexer, Analog to Di gital Converter (ADC) 12 bits, Atmel microcontroller, RS-232 serial interface and comput er. Base on testing was founded result as follow: 1). Linear range of output voltage of flux gate sensor is about –30 mA until 30 mA or magnetic field is about -60 mT until 60 mT; 2). Magnetic field were measured by magnetometer proportional with increase magnetic field were measured by standard measurement with gradient 1,00, 1.00 and 0,99 for each X, Y and Z axis.
