PEMETAAN OZON PERMUKAAN DI KOTA PADANG MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS GEOSTATISTIK

Abstract


Global warming and quality of air, two phenomenon which recently start to become mankind cynosure in world, including in Indonesia. Global warming is menacing the con tinuity of life entire resident of earth. This very attractive phenomenon to be checked by re searcher because, besides natural process like volcano eruption and of sun radiation, the global warming is effect of human being activity. Pollution air impact at health of human being very complex. Besides impact at human being, air pollution also affect at damage of environment, like plant, animal, material, the happening of fog trouble of smog fotokimia, construction and material. Damage of environment effect of air pollution finally also affect at human life freshment. Become directly and also indirectly air pollution affect at human life freshment and health. Change of ozone of troposfer ( surface ozone) effect of chemical process of precursor of ozone that is oxide nitrogen, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon, besides have contribution to global warming, also very is influencing of quality of air, ha ving an effect on direct to health of human being. Measurement of ozone concentration in Padang conducted by using Ozone Analyzer Type TEI 4. From result of study theoretically found that there are correlational high between ozone concentration and temperature. Exis tence of high correlation enable to measure ozone concentration in certain location by measuring temperature. by using equation of regrestion between both ozone concentration and temperature. By taking temperature data and geographical coordinate data, hence can be made a map of ozone concentration distribution contour in Padang, that is by using Surfer software 8 using method of Kriging. From result of mapping of ozone concentration distribution in Padang, seen that high distribution of ozone concentration there are in Nor them territories, West, and South, that is bigger than 10,5 ppb, while East region that is from 10,5 ppb until 8 ppb. Ozone concentration at North region, West and this South a long way off under value float boundary endangering that is about 51 ppb or 0,051 ppm is such as those which recommended by World Health Organization (WHO) recommending that healthy ozone concentration storey;level is smaller than 51 ppb or 0,051 ppm.
