PENGGUNAAN ZEOLIT 4A YANG TELAH DIMODIFIKASI DENGAN CTAC SEBAGAI FASA DIAM PADA KROMATOGRAFI PENUKAR ANION

Abstract

Anion exchange chromatography using zeolite 4A modified with cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC) as the stationary phase has been examined and applied to the separation of common inorganic anions. Effects of eluent composition on retention behavior of inorganic anions have been investigated. The retention of analyte anions was stable when CTAC was included in the eluent. The retention time of anions decreased with increasing concentration of sodium sulfate as the eluent and CTAC added into the eluent.
