CENDAWAN KONTAMINAN KONTAMINAN PADA BEBERAPA JENIS SAYURAN DI PASAR RAYA PADANG
Abstract
The aim of this research was to find out the fungus contaminant at the some vegetables in Padang Great Market.Alpha The study was conducted from Mai to Juny 2012 at the Laboratory of Microbiology Department of Biological Science UNP. This type of research is an descriptive by using a Purposive Sampling. The vegetables used was tomato, potato, lettuce and carrot. The results showed there was some fungus that contaminated vegetables in Padang Great Market. The fungus contaminant were Aspergillus, Curvularia, Paecilomyces, d’s fungus and e’s fungus.
