PENGARUH HUTANG DAN KESEMPATAN INVESTASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of leverage and invesment oppurtunity on company’s invesment decision. The population in this study is the property andreal estate companies that listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2008-2012. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling with number ofsample is 68 sample. Method analysis is using multiple regressions analysis. Theresults from this study indicate that leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on company’s invesment decision. Invesment oppurtunity has a positive and significant effect oncompany’s invesment decision.
