Data are analyzed by using technique of statistical graph. The object in this research is virtual laboratory based-student worksheet through ICT. The result of data analysis show that : the average validity test is 90 in valid category, the average practicality test of teacher is 86 in practical category, and the average practicality test of student is 83 in practical category. Observations result at SMAN 14 Padang, the causes is the strategy used is not fully centered on the activities of students, and the teaching materials that used have not been able to improve the thinking ability of students. This study aims to determine the Effect of Using LKPD oriented Metacognitive Strategy on Physics achievement of Student’s Competence in X Grade of SMAN 14 Padang. Research carried out included in the type of quasi experimental research (Quasi Experimental Design) with the design of Posttest Only Control Group Design. The study population is all MIPA X grade of SMAN 14 Padang in academic year 2017/2018. Samples were taken using Cluster Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used is a test for knowledge competence, observation format for attitude and skill competence and completed with assessment rubric. Data on the three competencies were analyzed using t test at the real level of 0.05. Based on the result of data analysis, there were significant differences in both sample classes. The result of regression analysis shows that there is strong correlation between LKPD oriented metacognitive strategy to knowledge and skill competence. The result of product moment correlation analysis showed 55% value for knowledge competence and 33.54% for skill competence. Sampling was conducted by using Cluster Random Sampling technique to get class X IPA 1 as experiment class and class X IPA 5 as control class. The data collected are two primary and secondary data. Primary data in the form of data result of teaching materials and final test data. Secondary data is documentation data obtained through Physics teacher and administration. The data obtained were processed using t test and correlation test. after fulfilling normality, homogeneity and linearity. Furthermore the correlation test can be performed after the data is normally distributed and satisfies the linear relationship. According to the results of data analysis found the results as follows. The purpose of this research is to determine the validity and practicality of worksheet based on the virtual laboratory through ICT on the material balance of rigid body, elasticity, and static fluid in class XI SMAN 1 Padang. Therefor, the researcher develops student’s worksheet for virtual laboratory through ICT to support student practicum activity on dynamic fluid material, temperature and heat, and gas kinetic theory for XI grade. The research includes research and development (R & D) with 4D model. This study consists of 4 steps that are limited to the third step, namely define, design, and develop. The object of the research is student’s worksheet for virtual laboratory through ICT on dynamic fluid material, temperature and heat, and gas kinetic theory which tested to grade XI student of SMA Negeri 1 Padang. Based on data analysis that has been done can be presented two research results. First, student’s worksheet based on virtual laboratory is in valid category with validation value 77,14. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted on student competences, namely attitude, knowledge, and skill competencies. Instrument of research used observation sheet for attitude competency, postest for knowledge competence, and performance rating sheet for competency skill. The research data were analyzed by t test. The t test is performed for the competence of knowledge and skill, while for the attitude competence is analyzed using graph. This research is a Pra-Experimental Design with One-Group Pretest Posttest that engages one class from grade X at SMAN 1 Batusangkar. The research data includes knowledge competence taken by using pretest and posttest, and students’ outcomes when the teaching was running were taken by using student worksheet. The analyzing data is using N-gain test to see the increasing of students’ outcomes in the teaching learning process, and using the relationship of pretest variable (X) and posttest variable (Y) test to see how big its influence toward students outcomes. From the data analysis can be concluded the two outcomes of the research data. The first one is the comparison between the students’ pretest subjection mean with the student worksheetsubjection mean and the posttest subjection mean which have the increasing and decreasing in the teaching learning process. The comparison of the highest subjection mean from the outcome of N-Gain test is the comparison between the subjection of pretest and the subjection of posttest which is 0,58. The aims of this work is to determine the effect of the implementation of guided inquiry learning model using brochure on the results of physics learning class VIII on light material and optical devices. This research is a quasi-experimental design with randomized control group only design. The population was all 8th grade students in SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP, academic year 2016/2017. The purposive sampling with cluster random sampling technique was used. The reseaarch instruments used in this study are result of final test to measure knowledge aspect, and perfomance assesment sheet to measure skill aspect. Data are analyzed by testing the equality of two average. The equality testing are done to both of aspects, knowledge and skill. The result showed the average value of learner at both classes are 85.16 and 78.28 for knowledge aspect, 85.46 and 80.56 for skill aspect. The research instrument is a final test sheet in the form of essay knowledge competence. Technique of data analysis through equality test of two mean with t test statistic on knowledge competence. After obtaining the data, the researcher sees a difference from the average creative thinking skill between the two sample classes. The experiment class has an average of 72.09. The average is higher than the control class. The control class has an average of 68.72. This type of research is (<em>pre-experimental desing</em>) which in this study there are external variables that influence the formation of the dependent variable. The subjects were students of class X SMAN2 Pariaman, totaling 30 people. The research was conducted in three cycles comprising the steps of (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) completion. Data collected there are 2, namely the non-test and test data. Non-test Data obtained from the observation and assessment rubrics, while the test data in the form of post-test given to students. Based on the results of research carried out can be concluded the following points. First, using media tracker software in the process of learning can increase student motivation in learning physics. It can be seen from the improvement of student learning outcomes while studying physics using tracker software. The second study using this software can be used by students in learning physics student records must try to try to use the software independently. This type of research is quasi experiment with randomized control group design only design. The study population is all students of class XI MIPA SMA N 2 Padang. Sampling of research using technique of Purposive sampling. The research data is the data of students learning outcomes knowledge competence, attitudes and skills and the value of integrated LKPD earthquake waves. In order to know the difference of competence of the students, there are two equality test (t test), while to know the influence and contribution of LKPD to the competence of the learner, the regression and correlation test is done on the real level of 0,05 for all the competence.The results of the research through correlation test obtained the value of knowledge rs 0,78, attitude 0,62 and skill 0.73. LKPD's contribution to the knowledge aspect is very strong, with a contribution percentage of 60.49%. LKPD contribution to attitude aspect is strong, with contribution percentage equal to 38,73%. The LKS is designed to integrate geothermal energy materials using the Reasoning and Problem Solving learning model. The purpose of the study, to investigate whether there is influence and how much contribution integrated geothermal energy LKS to the achievement of student competence.</em><em> </em><em>The type of research is quasi experiment and randomized control group design design that the study population is X class MIA students registered in the even semester of academic year 2016/2017. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument is the final test to measure knowledge competence, observation sheet, self-assessment, and peer assessment to measure attitude competence, skill competency appraisal sheet to measure skill competence, and LKS assessment sheet. The data analysis used two-point equality test, linear regression test, and correlation test.Based on the data analysis, the students' knowledge, attitude and skill in the experimental class were 89.96; 8</em><em>4</em><em>.</em><em>85</em><em>; 87.21 and control classes respectively 84.96; 82.98; 82,71. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of LKPD of model PBL-assisted teaching on the competence of science students of grade 10<sup>th</sup> SMA N 9 Padang both on the aspects of knowledge, attitude, and skills. The type of research conducted is quasi experimental research with randomized control group only design. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique. Research instruments include final tests for knowledge competencies, observation sheets for attitude competencies and assessment rubrics for skills competencies. Data analysis was perform using statistical test. Based on the data analysis, the average value for experimental group and control group on knowledge competence are 74,25 and 63,18 attitude competencies are 84,38 and 80,04 and skill competence is 86,04 and 82,70. The difference data for all the competencies of the two sample classes is normally distributed and has a homogeneous variance, so that the two-tame equality test with t test is used.
