PERBEDAAN HASIL BELAJAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE KOOPERATIF DENGAN METODE CERAMAH PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI

Abstract


ABSTRACK

This study aims at seeing the differences in learning outcomes of students who use cooperative learning by using the lecture learning. This research is experiment. The study population was a class X students of SMAN 9 Padang. Sampling was done in purposive sampling so that the two sample group are taken X5 graders and X6 graders. Students X5 class as the experimental class were treated using cooperative learning and X6 class as  white board control a class were treated using the lecture learning. Data analysis using Z test. Based on the analysis of student learning outcomes data, obtained an average score of experimental class is 77,47 and 73,62 of control class. In hypothesis testing, obtained Z is 2.18, while the ZTable 1.96. Thus, H0 is rejected, meaning that there are differences in learning outcomes between students who use cooperative learning and those with lecture learning. The learning outcomes of students taught with cooperative learning are higher compared with the results of student learning that are taught by the lecture learning.
