Abstract


Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PNS Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang yang berjumlah 90 orang. Sedangkan jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 74 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional cluster simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM mengunakan smart PLS .

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang, kepemimpinan transformasional  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang,budaya organisasi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang, budaya organisasi secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang.
