PENGARUH GROWTH OPPORTUNITY, NET WORKING CAPITAL DAN CASH FLOW TERHADAP CASH HOLDING (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011-2014)

Abstract


This study aimed to examine and discover the effect of growth opportunity, net working capital and cash flow to cash holding. The population of this study is manufactured company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2014. The sample selection setting by purposive sampling method and the specific criteria are as many as 48 companies. The analysis used is multiple linear regression.

The results show that: 1) Growth Opportunity has significant value -0.2199>0.05. This indicates that growth opportunity has no effect on cash holding. 2) variable net working capital has significant value 0.000< 0.05. This indicates that net working capital has significant positive on cash holding. 3) Cash flow has significant value 0.1855 > 0.05. This indicates that cash flow has no effect on cash holding.

In this study suggested: For further research should expand the research by expand the independent variable, expand the research interval, and expand the sample not only  manufactured companies.
